A “split roast” of three coffees from Huila Colombia, Nicaragua and Sumatra.  The light roasted Colombian and Nicaraguan Coffees provide a bright acidity with good body.  The darker roasted Sumatran Mandheling provides a hints of sweet dark chocolate taste the keeps the coffee smooth with bold flavor.  

This is absolutely one of our favorite coffees which we’ve chosen to name after the city which we’ve called home for over 75 years.  With a medium grind profile & bag size it’s matches perfect on a glass pot, airpot or satellite brewer.
